We are currently looking to appoint an ambitious Building Surveyor, at Associate level, to join an existing team.
You will have aspirations to progress your career, with the potential to become a Director. You will be a skilled communicator and have a collaborative approach when working with colleagues and clients alike.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary design services.
- Oversee and mentor junior team members.
- Conduct rigorous technical reviews to ensure service excellence.
Qualifications:
- Ideally you will be MRICS Qualified
- Extensive consultancy experience, particularly with public sector projects
- Strong commercial acumen and proven business development skills
- Exceptional client-facing and communication abilities
- Comprehensive technical knowledge and analytical skills
